I have worked with ILSNC since December of 1997, after receiving a BS in Social Welfare from CSU, Chico. I believe in assuring that people with disabilities are able to live in the most integrated setting possible. As a person with a disability, I understand the importance of being able to go through life making choices, not limited by policies, procedures, or barriers to achieving my full potential.
