Martha, a graduate of UC Davis and a special consultant on public relations and fund raising projects at ILSNC, brings fresh perspective to the board. By far the youngest member, she brings youthful exuberance to the table. She said, “I feel very passionate about the services ILSNC provides its consumers, especially its efforts in disability advocacy.” A Redding native who recently relocated to Chico, Martha has never let her visual impairment slow her down.
